Career Tip of the Day

Gifts

No matter what your circumstances might be, you have seed to plant. Even those who have been out of work for an extended period still have something they can sow. You just need to keep planting so that God can grant you a harvest as the increase on your sowing. You might plant your time, your expertise in some area, or, as this scripture suggests, a shirt from your closet or some canned goods from your pantry. If you need a harvest, you will have to put some seed in the ground. When you don’t know what to plant, seek God’s guidance in prayer. Then let your faithfulness multiply your seed into a magnificent harvest!

WORDS OF LIFE:

  • I am a giver and I know, by the Gd who cannot lie, that I will receive a return on all that I give.
  • By faith I receive God’s promise that I will receive in the same measure that I give.
  • I look for opportunities to give because that is the Kingdom way of life.

Word of the Day

John replied, “If you have two shirts, give one to the poor. If you have food, share it with those who are hungry.”
