You might have been a great worker but you still lost your job. It hurts when you feel unappreciated or devalued, doesn’t it? Well, isn’t that what the disciples experienced? Imagine going from town to town to proclaim the best news ever — “the Kingdom of God is near” and it’s available to everyone. And many would not receive their message. You know the feeling, don’t you? Most likely you’re having a hard time getting people to see your worth, understand your value, or receive what you have to offer. So take the advice offered here. Just wipe the job search dust from your feet and move on. You’re on a mission for God. He has something wonderful in mind for you. Keep your attention on that.
